Reaction to Logical Fallacies 11/27/2016
Logical fallacies are used daily to make and support invalid arguments. For example, fallacies that appeal to nature imply that just because something is natural or found in nature it is good. The fallacy I focused on was loaded question. Loaded questions are formed to make the target inevitably seem guilty and have no right answer. In comparison to fallacies that appeal to nature, loaded questions seem shady.Other example of shady fallacies include tu quoque and building a strawman. These types of fallacies seem especially relevant due to the thanksgiving memes that pop back up this time of year. The similarities are uncanny.
